As your wedding coordinator, I am also your friend, your maid of honor, your mother, sister or daughter. If I do not know the answers, I will get them. Just remain calm, don't think the worst, think positively and your day will be just the way it was suppose to be... perfect! This does not mean so perfect that the wind didn't blow your veil or kept you from lighting the unity candle outdoors, this means that even if it rains...this day was perfect for the two of you. Whether you need to express mail in your dress prior to the wedding day for steaming, have your bridal day room and hair designed, or simply make sure there are flower petals for the flower girl, and chairs for the in-laws, transportation for the guests, the wedding coordinator is responsible for planning the entire event, including your personal style to reflect the wedding design to your particular tastes and budget. The wedding coordinator discusses styles and prices with the client and the vendor and acts on your behalf to make sure everyone get paid an everything goes smoothly!
You do not save money by cutting out your wedding coordinator! The event can not successfully go on without the wedding coordinator in control. This way you can relax and enjoy the event! Most venues insist on the wedding coordinator. This is protection for the venue, the professionals and the clients. Your custom wedding professional should also suggest purchasing wedding insurance through fireman’s fund at 1-800-ENGAGED to cover your event in case of delays and weather for natural causes. All wedding coordination services are included in our PRE-ARRANGED wedding packages for up to 25 total. From 25 and up, there is an additional fee of $150 per hour on –location fee to over see the entire event. For” custom” weddings which entail customized wedding interviews with additional vendors, pre-wedding meetings and rehearsals and any on location site inspections, there is the $500 one time consultation fee. Wedding coordination fees are included in all of our vendor prices.

It is not recommended to hire your own vendors. Fantasia will not be held responsible for any vendors which are not secured and hired through Fantasia Weddings. On exception, and only with your wedding coordinators approval for a personal photographer or minister as a family friend, there is an additional $150 coordination fee to oversee the vendor who has not been hired or is included in our wedding packages.
